Payment Information
Most services are available for around $55 if patients pay at time of service or your insurance co-pay amount if you request that your bill be submitted to you insurance company. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or debit card.
All major insurance plans are accepted including HealthPartners, BlueCross BlueShield, Medica, First Health Insurance, Preferred One, TriWest, and Mayo Management.
Situations such as asthma, dizziness, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, cuts requiring stitches, headaches, fractures, back and chest pain need to be seen at a clinic or emergency room. If you are concerned about your condition, please call 911.
