Payment Information
Most services are available for around $55 if patients pay at time of service or your insurance co-pay/deductable amount if you request that your bill be submitted to you insurance company. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or debit card.
All major insurance plans are welcomed including HealthPartners, BlueCross BlueShield, Medica, First Health Insurance, Preferred One, TriWest, and Mayo Management. Submission to your health insurance company may result in a higher charge based on your health plan's contract."
